Understanding the top advantages and disadvantages of private cloud

More and more businesses are adopting cloud computing to improve the efficiency and security of their data. The most important feature of cloud technology is that it works by an “on demand” basis, meaning that data is retrieved and resources are used only when they are needed. This can be both a significant money saver for a company as well as a fast, effective solution to scaling needs like a sudden surge in business or usage. There are several different types of cloud computing available. The most common is the public cloud where storage, network, compute and services are provided over a public of shared resources. Examples would be the very popular Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. However, some businesses prefer to use a different model called a private cloud.
